The President, Committee and Stewards from the Nelson Harness Racing Club would sincerely like to thank all Sponsors who have so generously provided sponsorship, services and donated items for this year’s summer race meet.
We would also like to acknowledge and thank the many volunteers who provided assistance over the weekend.

Profile Boutique Best Hat Competition:
Profile Boutique offered Friday racegoers the chance to win a share in $500 worth of gift vouchers. Open to both adults & children, people were encouraged to wear a hat! It could be crazy or couture, whatever style, shape or size, all were considered for “best hat”. Roving judges from MoreFM selected finalists throughout the day with Vanessa from Profile presenting the winners with their prizes.

WIN a Two Day Classic Kayak Trip for two
Nelson Escapes in conjunction with Abel Tasman Kayaks offered a chance to WIN a Two Day Classic Kayak Trip for two. The prize included a two day fully guided kayak trip, camping in one of the beautiful little campsites in our National Park, Aqua Taxi Transport to Totaranui and from Anchorage and all meals are provided. Best Themed Team at the Races!
Nelson Tasman Chamber of Commerce provided this great prize pack for the Best Themed Team at the Races which included Marketing & Promotion through the only business-to-business magazine in the region, Commerce Comment (including one year membership of the Nelson Tasman Chamber of Commerce) - valued at $1000+GST. And the winner is the Wakatu Hotel for their theme of "White" when they attended the corporate marquee area on Friday.
